What is Cognitive Behavior Therapy? 

CBT is a type of psychotherapy where your mental health professional helps you take a deeper look at your own thoughts and emotions to see how they are effecting your actions.

Your therapist will work with you to identify negative thoughts, habits and behaviors and help you re-train yourself to adopt healthier thinking patterns.

A customized treatment plan will be developed by your therapist and they will continue to work with you toward the goals you’ve set together.  

 

You will have a partner throughout the process to mark and track your progress over time.
